DAB Setup

You can set the DAB reception. (only with the

optional accessory DAB Tuner connected)

1 Displaying the DAB SETUP screen

Touch [DAB SETUP] in the SETUP Menu (page

66)

2 Setting up DAB

1 Turns the DAB Priority On or Off.

2 Turns the Dynamic Range Control function

On or Off.

3 Turns the Regional Announcement function

On or Off.

4 Sets a program type to be selected

automatically when the receiving ensemble

starts.

5 Returns to the original screen.

6 Displays the Announcement Selection

screen. (page 83)

RDS Setup

The related RDS parameters can be set.

2 Setting up RDS

1 Sets a news bulletin interrupt time.

2 Turns the Alternative Frequency function

On or Off. ( On)

3 Turns the Region Restriction function On or

Off. ( On)

4 Turns the Auto TP Seek function On or Off.

5 Returns to the original screen.

6 Selects a display language for the PTY

function.

7 Returns to the original screen.
